I hadn't been to Willerby or Kirk Ella for several months due to to people passing away and i'm not a funeral type of person and made my apologies for not attending, but i had been receiving several emails from friends who live in Kirk Ella to come and visit and once i had crossed the threshold into Kirk Ella and into the Beech Tree Pub for lunch it was lovely, i had the feeling i was expected and it was a lot of fun, a bit of a giggle and a laugh with people.
The main reason for visiting Willerby was the empty shops near to the square, in Beverley we had managed to fill vacant shops and these particular shops had been vacant for some time and would make a great starter business for anyone, in Willerby you get the best of both worlds, you can be catering for all or market yourself at the high end for luxury items for those living in Kirk Ella and West Ella.

I did take the bus from Hull to Willerby and was so glad i did, i do actually know Willerby, but £4 all day travel with EYMS (East Yorkshire Motor Services) was more appealing and it was fun, but from the bus i saw things i would have missed, like how ERYC (East Riding of Yorkshire Council) makes repairs to footpaths, When i visited Norwood in Beverley i saw the same thing, the council doesn't patch, it seems to roll out a new path completely, which although i'm in the East Riding a lot i had never really noticed it too much.
It was also a joy to see what i would call pretty much zero litter, there was the odd piece here and there, but nothing too much.

The Bus journey was a joy, EYMS staff really are the best at times, very knowledgeable and i did get told off for not knowing key locations, but it's all fun, i just don't know every bus route that the company has to offer.
Since i visited Willerby i have no excuse not to attend Haltemprice Central Events, which i want to attend anyway, but i haven't attended all that many recently.

Although it rained at times during the visit, the rain did clear up when i was out in the open and it brought a smile to my face, my friends who had passed on must have been smiling down or something, it was most certainly a weird weather pattern.
