So where do you start with this one?
I like documentaries, i like seeing a different side to society and what makes us as humans tick, but i think this one was a little bit far out for me, but seems to show the very nature of society and how us as humans need others to basically survive.
The documentary is about adults that like a children's TV show called My Little Pony. To say the least, of the people being interviewed in the documentary there was a couple who shared this interest.
I did at first think this was a little perverse that adults who don't have children want to watch a TV show aimed at children and some of them actually buy the toys and one person in the documentary had been beaten up by locals in his town for this.
I could have understood if they were students smashed off their faces with alcohol and pot, but these were regular people and there was even US Military personnel who were into this stuff.
I say each to their own and really these people don't hurt anyone, not that i'm aware of, but it's an interesting look into how the Internet influences our daily lives, it's also a look into the future and if you wanted to give a hypothesis, would we have countries or groups in the future?
How long will it be before the Bronies want tax breaks on pony merchandise?
The documentary was ok i guess, not something i'm into, but a good insight into how as a species we've become attached to things, which is even more dangerous.
